- CD-Keys will be emailed to the paypal email address that was used to purchase the item, no exceptions to this rule.
- When making a purchase you consent that you are of legal age to register or activate the product your payment was for.
- Only verified & confirmed paypal accounts will be accepted and we reserve the right to refund payments and cancel orders from non-verified accounts.
- All keys will usually be emailed in under 12 hours from purchasing time. We aim to dispatch the key the same day but please allow a 48 hour period to pass before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order.
- CD-Keys should be treated as back up or replacement keys. In certain cases the acceptance of the EULA for some games require you to own the box, manual and other physical material that came with the CD-Key. Failure to physically own the required items when accepting an EULA is the responsibility of the user.
