Q : What kind of payments methods do you accept?
A : We accept payments via Paypal & Alertpay. Both sites also accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express & others. Both sites are safe and secure, they are used for thousands of transactions daily and can often be used to pay using other sources depending on your country. We never see your personal banking or credit card details as these are encrypted by the third party payment sites. Our preferred payment site is Paypal.
Q : Why are your licence codes so cheap?
A : All our products are sourced in retail boxes by using the cheapest suppliers around the world. Our network of suppliers in countries that offer the best prices coupled with the fact that we send no physical products allows us to keep costs as low as possible. Our company is also small and as so doesn't have the kind of overheads of a larger corporation. Currently our sales do not exceed the VAT threshold in any EU country so if you are an EU resident the licence codes you buy from us do not and are not required to include VAT. Residents outside the EU pay no VAT or sales taxes on our products either.
Q : Why should I buy from you over other "CD-Key" stores?
A : Our store prides itself on being registered inside the United Kingdom which is part of the European Union. We pay income taxes on all of our profits which like from any job goes to the government and on a greater scale goes into the purse of the European Union. So in a round about way when you purchase from us you are safe in the knowledge that your hard earned money is in a certain way being reinvested into the European Union. Unfortunately many "CD-Key" stores as they are called are run behind closed doors so to speak. Unlike ourselves they do not pay any kind of taxes and so 100% of the profits they make go straight into their pockets. It is our business to keep you happy, it is what puts clothes on our back and food on our table. Many other such stores are fly by night and only serve their personal wealth, we make a living from our site and so unlike other stores we need to provide you a great service.

Q : What days are you open?
A : We currently work 7 days per week. While orders may be slightly slower on weekend days and stock levels lower we do aim to give a high level of service and dispatch your order as swiftly as possible no matter if it is Wednesday morning or Sunday evening. Please be aware that we are based inside the European Union and so depending on where you are in the world sometimes we may be sleeping while you are awake so you should always consider the timezone difference when ordering. It has been known in the past for us to be sending out orders at 4am on weekend days, so you can rest assured that we do our best to send your orders as quickly as possible.
Q : How do I know my CD-Key is real?
A : Firstly we offer near 99% of products with a scan or photo of the cd-key on the manual or inside the box. This shows you that the licence code is from an original and authentic retail product. In the case of games where we don`t offer a scan these can in the majority of cases be registered on Steam, EA Origin or played on official multiplayer servers which reaffirms their authenticity.
Q : Surely you can just sell the same one CD-Key to hundreds of people?
A : With distribution systems such as Steam and EA Origin once a CD-Key has been linked to your account it can`t be reused. In the case of games where the CD-Key isn't linked to your account then the fact our site runs on trust will cover the reasons why it is pointless for us to resell a CD-Key more than once. If a person was to buy a CD-Key and find it was in use then you would quickly see negative comments building up on various review sites. Repeat orders make it possible for a site such as ours to function, by selling one CD-Key twice to make fast cash would serve no purpose.
Q : Is my CD-Key sent instantly?
A : While we don't offer instant delivery we make sure we process all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are complete within 1-2 hours of ordering and the few that fall past this would be very unlikely to wait 12 hours or more. We are always open to enquiries be it via email or livehelp. You are more than welcome to request how long your order will be either before or after your purchase. Our number one aim is to provide you with what you purchased. Q : Why can't I pay in USD, EUR or other currencies?
A : We don't accept payments in currencies other than Pounds sterling because exchange rates fluctuate so regularly. To keep our prices so low we stick to very small strict profit margins and any slight price difference could seriously effect our ability to carry on our business. For your assistance and guidance you can change the currency at the top of the site to give you a guide price in your own currency, when you hit the Checkout section the price will revert to the original Pound price.
